The Shipping Manifest: How We Find You
"Hello... is your mailbox empty? 📞 Don't worry. The Gripper Girl crew is working behind the scenes with our partners at Printful to make sure your package arrives... eventually. But remember, good things come to those who wait. And bad things come to those who don't watch their back."
1. The Creation Phase (Fulfillment)
Before we ship, we have to create. Every order is custom-made just for you.

It takes 2–5 business days to fulfill apparel and 2–7 business days for non-apparel items.

We don’t keep a basement full of stock—we make it fresh when you order. 🔪

Note: During holidays or "high-kill" seasons, fulfillment might take a little longer. Don't scream; we're working on it.
2. The Hunt (Shipping Speeds)
Once the item is birthed, it’s handed off to the carriers. Shipping time depends on where you’re hiding:

USA: 3–6 business days.

Canada: 6–12 business days.

International: 10–20 business days. 🌍
Actual transit times may vary depending on the local post. We don't control the mail; we just control the gear.
3. The Tracker (I’m Watching Your Package)
As soon as your order hits the road, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.

Know exactly when the "Gripper" is at your door. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic... yet. Sometimes the signal drops when you're in the woods.
4. International Customs (The Border Patrol)
If you're ordering from outside the USA, your package might get caught at the border. Customs fees, taxes, or duties are your responsibility. We don't pay the ransom; you do. Check with your local authorities so there are no "deadly" surprises when the package arrives.
5. The Wrong Address (The Fatal Mistake)
If you provide an address that the courier can't find, the package will be sent back to the Printful shadows.

You will be liable for reshipping costs once we’ve confirmed an updated address with you.

Double-check your coordinates. One wrong digit and your gear is lost in the void.
6. Lost in the Dark
If your package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If the tracking says "Delivered" but you don't see it... someone else might have gotten to it first. 🩸 Check with your neighbors or your local post office before you call us.
The Final Warning
We are not responsible for delays caused by the weather, the postal service, or the end of the world.
