The Rules of Survival (Return Policy)

"Hello... Do you want to play a game? 📞 If you’re reading this, you’re looking for a way out. But remember: in this house, we follow the rules. Break them, and you’re on your own."

1. The 30-Day Countdown

You have 30 days from the moment your package hits your doorstep to request a return. After 30 days... the door is locked. Permanently. 🔪

2. Condition of the Victim (Your Merch)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unmarked and breathing. * It must be in the exact same condition you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, and still tagged. * If it smells like perfume, smoke, or fear, we won't take it back.

  • It must be in its original packaging. Don't make us come looking for the box.

3. How to Start the Ritual

Don't just send things back into the dark. If you send a package without warning, it will be... disposed of. 1. Reach out to us at ghostfacegrip@gmail.com. 2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to hide the body (send the package).

4. Damages & Gutted Orders

Inspect your gear the second it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong shroud entirely, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the scene and make it right. We like a clean kill—not a messy order.

5. The "No-Go" Zone (Non-Returnables)

Some things can never be returned once they've crossed over:

  • Custom Products: If it was made just for you, it stays with you.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final. No exceptions. No mercy.

6. Exchanges

We don't do "even trades" in the dark. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, wait for the refund to hit, and then make a separate purchase for your new target.

7. European Union (The 14-Day Cooling Off Period)

If you're in the EU, you have a 14-day window to cancel or return your order for any reason. The same rules apply: it must be pristine, tagged, and include the receipt. We play by the rules... even overseas. 🌍🔪

8. The Refund (The Final Act)

Once we’ve inspected the remains of your return, we’ll let you know if you've been approved.

  • Approved: You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. * The Wait: Remember, banks move slow... like a victim in a dream. Give them time to process.

  • Missing Funds? If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you see nothing, email us at ghostfacegrip@gmail.com.
